Parents' health comes first
18. 05. 2021
How can what we drink and eat influence us? What can we get out of fresh vegetables? Why exercises can help? Why it makes sense to pay attention to our health before it gets worth? And why is it important to have rest? We would like to invite you to think about all mentioned above with Renata Daubnerová during her online workshop "Parents' health comes first" on Friday, June 4, from 10 am to 11 am.
The workshop is one of online inspirations adress mainly to parents who take care of children on the spectrum of autism. Indeed, caring parents often give their full attention and energy to their children, do not think about themselves, do not care what and how they eat, whether they have a rest... They then feel tired, care is increasingly demanding for them and long-term exhaustion can begin to affect their health. A healthy and happy parent can manage care better, which is why Renata Daubnerová, a nutrition therapist, sports dietitian and also mother of a boy on the autistic spectrum, shares facts, opinions and personal experiences that might inspire you to think or change you relation to your health.
You can register for the workshop at info@auttalk.cz. Write Health in the subject. Participation in the workshop is free thanks to the support of our partners. Renata can send questions in advance to info@auttalk.cz (Workshop is in Czech).
